Shipping Time

Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Effective 1 July 2026, the European Union may apply customs duties or fees to certain imported goods according to EU customs regulations.
Any applicable customs charges are determined by EU authorities and are not collected or retained by WindStyle Store. Where required, these charges may be included in the final order amount during checkout or collected by customs authorities upon arrival.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Lost or Missing Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
WindStyle Store is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an error occurs on our side, we will take full responsibility and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear in the carrier's system.
Tracking Shows "No Information Available"
Some carriers require additional time to update tracking information.
If your tracking number has not updated for more than 7 business days after shipment, please contact our support team and we will investigate the issue.
Multiple Packages
For logistical reasons, items purchased in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
